Monsigor Hogan, the North American Chaplain for the Patrons of the Arts in the Vatican Museums, has shared an article regarding the opening of the Holy Stairs.
On April 11, just ahead of Holy Week, one of the city’s treasured relics, Rome’s famed “Scala Santa,” known in English as the “Holy Stairs,” was unveiled after undergoing nearly a year of restoration.
